Second, All Documents are Indexed by an Assigned Person(s) Using Simple Drop Down Lists, Barcodes, or Keywords.
Third the Magic Happens! All Documents That Need to Be Shared are Automatically Routed Through the Cloud to The Designated Recipient's Cloud Storage of Choice (determined by the Business).... OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Etc.
Then the designated recipient will see in real time any document that was indexed in their storage folder and with the ability to search and retrieve any document from laptop, desktop, Smart Phone
